[#26216] I seem to always be ill when a new semester starts. First semester last year I had a pneumonia, the following winter semester I had salmonella which lead to an inflammatory condition where I was on bedrest. This past fall semester I had a 3 week bacterial infection, which didnt clear up completely because it returned during finals, presumably due to stress. I thought all would be fine this semster (had an ear infection last week but it cleared up), until I got into a car accident yesterday. Nothing major but today my back is in so much pain I can hardly walk. I honestly feel like this a warning from the universe that maybe I shouldnt be going to school. I know that sounds extremely stupid, especially with my 3.9 GPA, but anytime I start/finish a semester I end up sick and stressed out because Im sick. I feel like even though Im maintaining high grades, the strain it puts on my health isnt worth it.
