268 Im a girl and I have lost 45 lbs so far. I have recently started lifting (not too heavy), but Im concerned that instead of slimming down Im going to get big. I do a different body part every day and I do an hour of cardio everyday and I still need to lose 35-40 pounds. Should I continue to lift or just do cardio!? And if I do continue to lift will I lose weight and tone my body or just get big!? Any advice is appreciated!
