26th, September. I bought the rice and the “soysause-marinated ground” (青葉嚕肉飯料) for internal share lunch. I didn’t cook long time age. I usually helped my parents cooked when I was summer vacation or winter vacation in University. My home has been a Chinese restaurant, I can cook some Chinese food but not very well and I wasn’t cooked long time. It’s difficult to cook Chinese food because Chinese food needs a pan, shovel, oil, garlic, pork…….. I don’t have those in Auckland. So I thought the easiest way to show Chinese food. The food in Taiwan we call 滷肉飯, it is a famous food in Taiwan. You can see it in night markets and restaurants. I will rice cooking tomorrow, I hope will not burn.
