I made 447 calls on behalf of Tom Cotton today...left scores and scores of messages and talked to scores and scores of individuals. I see light at the end of the tunnel...what are YOU doing to see it happen? I just want to encourage you to do whatever you can to see our lives preserved as it has been through the years. People died and lost their fortunes to see that we enjoy freedom and the affluence we enjoy...we must not throw it away. The United States has created one-half of the worlds wealth in 250 years - that is unprecedented ...Gods hand of blessing has been on this nation. Will we let those who do not honor Him take it down in one generation??? NO WE WILL NOT. TODAY OUR REPUBLICAN FIELD DIRECTOR, RICHARD MAXWELL, told me about his time in Iraq. When they burst doors down looking for the enemy, the people were so thankful they were there. They offered them food - what little they had. Those people had very very little - a hovel for a home, garbage in the yard, no clean water, very little food - do we really understand what God has given us here? Please, I am asking you, the LEAST THAT ONE CAN DO is go and get conservative/Republican candidates signs...put them up somewhere where people will see them. Get some hand outs and pass them out. Make SOME EFFORT to keep what we have. Please. Now I am going to fix dinner in my safe home - my home is not elaborate, my dinner will be simple...but I am hoping my soon-to-be-born grandson will have those blessings. My life is orderly, safe, and fulfilling...we must be thankful for what we have.
