27 Days of Thanks: Day 1 Lets start this out with some Led Zeppelin!!!! We love this song because, well its Zeppelin:) but also because the feeling it invokes is one of heart felt gratitude. The lyrics in the song seem to be about a love that is so deep and strong, that it surpasses any sadness or even worldly disaster that could occur. A love that is inspiring, that is ever lasting, that is powerful and strong. A love that is so moving the only words that you can speak are Thank You. Can you think of a love in your life that is like this? It could be of a current or past lover, it could be the love you have for your child, for your family, or the love that you share with your God/higher power/source/Beloved. A love like this isnt limited to a societal idea of soul mates.......its a Human Experience that we believe everyone has access too, and it could come in many, many forms. If you get stuck finding a love that you have actually experienced, come into your heart and think about what this kind of love would feel like for you. While listening to this song, take in the sweet strumming of the guitar, the grounded and soft rhythms of the drum and passionate vocals, and visualize this kind of love, and the gratitude for that love. Let this feeling of gratitude for that kind of love be imprinted into your heart and mind.
