27 was a year of growth for me. I learned volumes about myself and made a lot of leaps— across the state and globe and in my mind. I did some stuff that really challenged me, and sometimes I failed. I really feel like I did not pay enough attention to the powerful relationships in my life. Yesterday was very humbling because so many people took time to send kind wishes and cards; some came a long way to celebrate. My heart is so full! Since summer ended, I have been working to regain a balance that still makes my good people a priority— I really want to be a better friend or relative. Thanks for taking mercy on me and still being there. If 28 brings nothing else exhilarating and new, I want it to bring twice the easy, good times with my friends and family. So much love to you all.. And thank you!
