28 DAY THANK YOU LORD CHALLENGE: Being alive today is something many people take for granted. Sometimes it takes a life-threatening experience to nudge us from this attitude. Mine came on December 2, 1990 in the hinterland tri-boundary of Zamboanga Sur, Zamboanga Norte and Misamis Occidental. When a tree trunk the size of a mans forearm takes the impact of an exploding M203 rifle grenade launched at my position and saves me from sure death, one has to ask, Why Lord, did you spare me? Today, 24 years later, I can not stop thanking God each time I see a life turning to Jesus and realize thats why. If you are alive today, there is surely a reason worth thanking God for. #28daythankyouLordchallenge
