28 Days Later The before and after pictures from my 28 day diet. No cardio, bar three football training sessions. No fat burners or other ridiculous supplementation. Carbs were mostly consumed at night. Trained with weights, ate adequate protein and fibre, consistently ate calories at a level were I lost weight. Did not eat frequent meals every few hours, ate whenever it suited me and my day. Maintained muscle, lost fat. All in all a sensible approach to dieting and training and great results.
