28* at 8am. Not as cold as elsewhere though. Ice on the street. Some sand was spread on the hills by the HOA. Although I was being careful, I slipped on the ice anyway and went down and twisted a knee that was finally recovering after being swollen for 1 1/2 months. I guess I have to start over, damn! At least my knee brace cushioned it some. The Rose Parade streetside spectators down south are in for it with freezing temps and wind. Have fun.
