28 hour position for coordination, and support of staff who support a woman with autism at home and in the community. Position requires flexibility in your availability Monday-Friday, as hours may involve early morning as well as some evening times. Need a clean driving record and available car in good working condition (mileage reimbursement). Prefer individual who has experience with person-centered, relational support. Must be able to swim. Individual most have work history that demonstrates great organizational skills as well as creativity and responsibility. Position will require both direct support to woman with autism, as well as responsibility for team meetings and ensuring all support staff are consistently implementing augmentative communication and behavioral recommendations.
