28 years ago, I was hugely pregnant and my husband was vastly disappointed in me. His birthday was the 2nd of September, and he had done everything he could think of to make me go into labor the day before his birthday, so wed have a matched set (since Shay was born the day before my 21st b-day). I think at this point, I was fairly sure she was never going to come out and I would have to just start sending in sandwiches and reading materials.
