287 [Proverbs 30:1-10, Daniel 4-6] I take refuge in God Whose Word is tested. My shield is God. I do not add to His words. I do not slander a slave or employee to his master or employer. When someone in authority asks my interpretation or opinion, I do not flatter my authority and hope it ends the discussion. I circumspectly answer truthfully, even if my answer may reflect negatively on my authority. I do not walk in pride; lest God chooses to humble me and have me acknowledge that He is the Most High Who is ruler over the realm of mankind. I do not exalt myself against the Lord of heaven. I glorify God in Whose hands are my life-breath and my ways. I live my life in such a way that no one can find a ground of accusation against me. Though my life and work is threatened, I do not compromise my spiritual beliefs and actions. I trust in my God to be with me through any trials or punishment when I am falsely accused. - Affirmations of My Biblical Faith –
