29 weeks down...11 to go!!! Just because youre pregnant doesnt mean you cant continue or even start working out. (With doctors consent of course!) If you are no stranger to the gym you will just have to modify your lifts...much lighter weight for instance. If you are new to the gym or even havent started yet...you can still start! There are a lot of exercises you can start doing that will help you AND your baby :)
