29062013 Democracy Freedom and Human Right before and after July 1 1997 in Hong Kong. Before July 1, 1997, it was a very peaceful city, people work hard for a better life themselves and for their family, well planning for their future due to no real Democracy, Freedom and Human Right given by the British Government during their Ruling. After July 1, 1997 when Hong Kong returns to the warm arms of our Great Motherland, The Communist China, The People Republic of China become a One Country Two (Legal) Systems call Hong Kong Special Administration Region (HKSAR). Rally and protest begins from Democrat parties fighting for more Democracy, Freedom and Human Right from zero under Chapter 383 Bill of Rights and Basic Law. CE, Government Official, Department begin as target by these political parties to attack for all sort of things for their own benefits, interests and incomes. Eventually they begin redirect their target to Central Government and our Chairman and President by using June 4, 1989 incident and it goes wild from October 1, 1997 the first National Day of PRC in Hong Kong. The more they ask the more the protest, rally weekly on the weekend causing the business zone become chaos in WanChai to the Central Government Office, block traffic during weekend peak periods. HKSAR Government were very patient on until 2003 become a very large protest over passing Article 23 of Basic due to international interfering from outside of Hong Kong only know with these groups for fear of the Government will block their Democracy, Freedom and Human Right and support from Nation and Government outside of Hong Kong. Same year was due to SAR attacking Hong Kong, Business and company begin reducing staff and employee to cut the cost. Central Government has plans to Help HKSAR to overcome these hardship periods, but these politician and parties still blame on the Government of HKSAR and CE through aid and assistance from outside sources through their local operatives, where majority of HKSAR people did not have any idea of what is behind until they arrange the anti Article 23 Basic Law rally on July 1, 2003.
