2ND QUARTER CLUB INFORMATION Good afternoon parents, 2nd Quarter club forms were sent home in backpacks yesterday afternoon. Club registration will be held on Monday, October 13th beginning at 7:00am. Due to the overwhelming response to wait times for club registration, we are attempting to streamline the process in order to better honor your time. We strive to make the process fair to all; therefore we apologize in advance that we cannot accept emailed or faxed club forms. Club registration must be done in person. If you as the parent cannot be present, you may send a representative on your behalf with the form. The new process is listed below: •ONLY paper registration forms will be accepted on Monday, October 13th beginning at 7:00am. Each form will be marked with the date and time it was received. •NO payments will be accepted on Monday to help facilitate the process. •Once confirmation is received that your student has a guaranteed space in a club you may pay for your club(s) online via Zangle. •If you need to pay by cash or check, payments can be brought to the office during normal school hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm) beginning Tuesday, October 14th. •Receipts will be issued per ASD policy when cash or check is received in the office. We highly discourage sending money with your child to alleviate potential loss. •If your child has an outstanding club balance from 1st quarter, registration for other quarters will not be permitted until the 1st quarter balance has been paid in full. *We have emailed the 2nd quarter club form via School Messenger this afternoon; in case it may have lost its way to your home via the backpack delivery system.
