2ND TRAFFIC ALERT FROM THE CITY OF TRAVERSE CITY Boughey Street Closure - July 23-24 for removal of concrete patch and replace with asphalt. (Off Veterans Drive) TRAVERSE CITY- Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that the City of Traverse City Street Department will be paving a portion of Boughey Street, between S. High and West Lane Street on July 23. This work is expected to be completed by July 24. The work will require closing off Boughey Street to through traffic for two days until the work is completed weather permitting. Every effort will be made to maintain access to residents of this area. Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion, delay and inconvenience for your travels. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas. This construction will generate dust, noise and cause inconvenience.
