2day I startd my shft as leadman, making choices for my crew their safety their compliance keepng d business on track, great start, how my shft ended was doing d job I did whn I 1st startd bck in 07, a lowly utility, in charge of no1, took care of d only truck I was assigned to, my wash mule, basically any & every1 else bossed me around, I finished my shft doing ths job, oh so very humbling, I am happy I have come as far as I have, 2days blessing was being shown how fortunate I am to even just have a job, Im going to continue to keep doing my best so I dont give any1 a reason to take it from me, it can all be taken away if I make 1 greedy selfish inconsiderate choice, my wrkrs safety has & always will continue to be priority so we can all go home to our families, nothin is worth them or I gettn hurt, have a great nite family & friends, loves uall
