2nd January 2015 ippmedia Seven lions from Tarangire National Park were yesterday killed by Maasai warriors in revenge for marauding livestock in a nearby Olasiti village in Babati District, Manyara Region TLIP will visit the area very soon this month Then talk to the Lodges that are out side and inside Tarangire National Park The Lodges are ( to name a few) -Tarangire Roika Tented Lodge - Kirurumu Tarangire Lodge - Tarangire River Camp - Ecoscience Science Center and Luxury Lodge - Osupuko Lodges & Camps - Kikoti Tented Camp - Lake Burunge Tented Camp - Maramboi Tented Camp - Olivers Camp - Tarangire Tree Tops - Tarangire Sopa Lodge - Tarangire Safari Lodge - Whistling Thorn Tented Camp - Lake Manyara Ranch ...... TLIP can do 2 bomas a day in different areas of Tarangire National Park In total its is said that Tarangire Eco system has less then 160 Lions in the area ( not sure ) If the above lodges and camps can donate per boma it will set an example to the Nomadic tribes that their livestock is perfectly safe at night in the Bomas Its an Idea and it could save the Lions , The Leopards and the Hyenas Please feed us your thoughts
