2nd day of my positive attitude: 1) I got up today and took Hugo out for his walk in the land that people forgot. Its a little secret walkway that not many people know about. We walk through some woodland where I often see deer. Then over the dry bed (due to the lack of rain- no complaints- the stream has dried out) and over a stile we enter a meadow. Lots of wild rabbits play freely, fox may cross my path, cuckoos are heard drumming on their tree trunks and its just gorgeous! All free and on my doorstep! Fabulous walk for Hugo and I. 2) Elle and I cleaned the house like gud uns today. The house looks clean, tidy and immaculate again with the odd Hugo toy lying around. 3) lots of washing has been washed and hung out to dry, so I need to iron.......but theres nothing nicer than climbing into a freshly washed/ironed bed tonight once weve met up with some good friends tonight. X
