2nd to last upper body #workout before I get surgery on Tuesday. Please excuse the camel toe.. #awkward.. But glad I video taped this.. My elbows arent super flared, but keep them close to your body and form a 90 degree angle.. Anything more than that and you can hurt yourself, especially being weighted. This was the second exercise of a super set, with weighted dips on a machine. Finished with body weight dips on bench till failure, as seen here..
