#3 - my personal opinion on this experiment ❤️ ~~V ----- I think that fb controlling whether negative or positive posts appear in a newsfeed as an experiment is very dangerous. FB, not knowing the mental state of those who were included in this research, could very well push someone who was already on the edge over the edge. This is mind games as far as Im concerned. Since this first appeared, another article has come out where the researcher has apologized, but it doesnt change the fact that this fb experiment was to see if they could manipulate emotions of fb users. As we all know, there are some users on fb who are already suffering from emotional problems & mental health issues. I guess we will never know how many users who received negative things in their newsfeeds were pushed further into depression or rage, and if any of this resulted in possible behavior changes such as violence or even suicide. ..... Manipulation of someones moods without their knowledge is dangerous. No one who signed up for fb agreed to be guinea pigs for psychological experiments. ❤️ ~~V
