3 GUYANA TIMES REPORTERS RESIGN CITING FEAR OF BEING TARGETED BY GLEN LALL OVER NEWS STORY! Three reporters of the Guyana Times/Television Guyana(TVG) Channel 28, resigned with immediate effect citing the fear of being targeted over a news story in which Kaieteur News Publisher Glen Lall is the subject. Leaked US Embassy Cables released by Wikileaks had described Lall as having his fingers firmly on the pulse of Guyanas criminal underworld and it is this fear which saw one of the reporters in question refusing to read the particular story in question. Her other two colleagues also tendered their resignation and there are reports by some members of the TVG Channel 28 staff that they are being trailed by suspicious vehicles and followed by unknown individuals.
