3 Ingredient - Cream of Mushroom style Potatoes Everyone loves potatoes. I am always looking for new recipes to incorporate potatoes with. This is one of my favorites. It is super easy and so delicious. MCK Ingredients: 3 large red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 block of cheddar cheese, grated or 1 bag grated Salt and black pepper to taste Cayenne Red Pepper to taste What to do: Peel potatoes, cut eyes out, slice and lay in a baking pan over lapping by 1/2 a potato, I used a 8x11 oval baking pan. Add Salt and Black Pepper to taste. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over potatoes. Evenly spread the cream of mushroom soup over the potatoes. Add the cheese on top of the cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 365 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly and potatoes are fork tender.
