3 client no shows today without so much as a txt to say sorry or they couldnt make it!! What is wrong with people!! Its the summer holidays and Ive bent over backwards to fit everyone in doing early morning appointments and late evening ones, Ive wasted so much time today where I couldve been off doing things with my girls!! Not to mention the money Im down!! I do this as my full time job, its how I pay my bills!! its not a hobby!!! Getting really pissed off with people that let me down like this when Im constantly turning new clients away!! Well from now on no shows will be struck off straight away! No more 3 strikes! I love my job but days like today break me! (Ps 90% of my clients are lovely loyal and fantastic and its because of them I love my job so much!! Its the ignorant selfish few that ruin it!)
