3 days ago my youtube chanel was erased ,I was very much surprised .its written that its because of copy rights . Well in the past I got some warnings and I also tried to write back to the people that allegedly copmplained and explain that I did nothing wrong and that all the materials in my videos are made only from materials that are on youtube published by thosands and thousands of users ,free for the public ,so I don’t see how I made something wrong . I also write many times that I don’t have the rights for that and its not for commercial ,its just for the enjoyment and pleasure of the people and fans all over the world .so if I make a tribute video about elvis or tom jones ,its made from materials that are published in youtube by users all over the world .so I don’t see what I do wrong ,in this way you may eraise 50% of youtube users all over the world .its like someone is just trying to trip me up on purpose . The other thing for example ,a video at the end of a year in a concert of the students of a voice teacher that I also participated, I was singing on stage a cover song and put that in my chanel ,thosands of people sing this song in there own covers in all kined of circumstances,and tens of milions of people all over the world are uploading there own covers from different singers all over the word ,so whats the problem ,you should eraise all of them . Again I don’t see any problems in my channel ,there are rules of free use if its not for business or for making money from that .lets realy stop being narrow-minded and deal with people who realy causes real serious violations .i didn’t violated nothing and im willing to proof it if its necessary and to send you many many examples of real violations that you nothing about them . My life for the last few years are difficult ,me and a care taker that is living also here ,we take care of my amazing mother that suffers from an advanced stage of dimention ,and because of a big crisis I almost don’t work and im getting a very small pension from the national insurance. In my channel there are a lot of personal matirials and my recordings and clips that I spend a lot of time making them and I spend a lot of money recording them and I don’t have them in other places –only in my youtube chanel ,those links of my personal work I puted them in the last year on diffreny music sights around the world for helping me get back to life in this difficult time and to show my special talent ,all this now is eraised , Also I have many videos personal with my amazing mother from the last years and also my sister and my nephews.i don’t have them now were else but on youtube ,, All this materials are professional private things that I spended much money and much time for them and I want them back you cant rob me from my personal work that costed me much time and money through the last few years , and also my private touching sensitive family videos and specialy with my amazing mother ,I don’t have most of them any were else –I have only on youtube . So you can not harm me so much emotionally and alsp profesionaly and financially, especially when I didn’t do nothing to violate any rights and im willing to proof it all the way ,and also to show how you let realy people that realy make big violations continu with their youtube channels. So im asking to return back my youtube channel with all my viewers and friends and all my private professional materials and family materials that I don’t have them now were else .
