3 facts you should know: 1) I dont drive well in the rain. AT ALL 2) I dont drive well in darkness 3) I have never driven on a highway except to Beaumont from Nederland prior to this weekend. I was driving my new car home this weekend from Nederland to Kerrville. We checked the weather before we left to make sure it wasnt going to rain, and it said it wasnt (that was not true). As I get into Houston scared already, it begins to pour down raining and lighting, and a dark black cloud covered me. I began to pray and sing to the Lord asking for help. A car was coming into my lane and I swerved and started to glide close to the wall. To make things worse an 18-wheeler came by and began to pull me in, and then water fell from the top bridge and covered my windshield. I couldnt see anything. At this point I accepted there was nothing in my power I could do. Then all of the sudden I felt a peace come over me and my car starting going in perfect direction, and stopped gliding. A few minutes later through all of the rain and storming I came to a point in the highway where there was a split in the sky black on both sides but clear in the middle where I was passing through. It is so hard to describe, but I am so thankful that God to the time to help me and reveal Himself once again.
