3 hours of sleep, yet I broke a new record in the gym today, 340kg (750 pounds) leg press for a solid 8 reps... and that wasnt first set, that was my 5th set of gradual succession. It just goes to show you whats possible when YOUR in control of your mind. The reason why I religiously am in the gym is because I believe physical fitness is one of the most important things you can keep yourself committed to, weight training specifically (yes even for girls). Why was Arnold Schwarzenegger so successful in life? Why are most successful people physically fit? I believe it comes down to the principles one learns by committing themselves to a strict training schedule: Discipline. Consistency. The ability to make sacrifices. And always giving it your all. These principles you dont just leave in the gym, you take them with you out of the gym in both business and life. Its important to understand, however, your not going to learn these principles going to the gym when you feel like it. These principles are learned committing yourself to a proper training schedule and a nutrition regime. Eventually my goal is to produce videos on physical fitness, and even start blogging about it, but that will be a later chapter in my life. For now its easy to get started... a quick Google search will provide you with most of the answers you need.
