3 months back, I had not imagined that a little help that we started will attain these heights. A group of couple of individuals who have never met in person. It all started when we heard that Islamic State (ISIL) terrorists killed 1000s and enslaved more than 7000 girls and made more than 400,000 homeless. Not only we organized Hindu community i US but also the Yezidis. Call was so emotional that information spread like wild fire. Many other Hindus and Yezidis joined the next conference call. We started calling white house, US Army, Indian Government to save Yezidis in Sinjar Mountain. 1) Definitely, the initial help came from white house when US planes started targeting the ISIL terrorists on ground. 2) Then from Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar whose organization with the help of US Army dropped tons of material on ground for seized Yezidis in Iraq. 3) Yesterday someone tweeted from ground that Yazidi defenders and friendly forces controlled some new areas around the mountain. 4) Here is the another latest coming from India Government. dfr.krg.org/a/d.aspx?l=12&a=44267
