3 people wounded in shooting at San Jose apartment complex SAN JOSE -- Police are investigating an early-morning shooting that wounded three people near an apartment complex. At 4:09 a.m. police received multiple reports of gun fire in the 1500 block of Cunningham Avenue, between King Road and Highway 101, according to Sgt. Jason Dwyer. Officers responded to the location and determined that a shooting took place near basketball courts at the San Jose Apartments, Dwyer said. No victims were located at the scene. However, two men and one woman female walked into local hospitals with non-life threatening gunshot wounds, Dwyer said. All three are believed to have been shot at the Cunningham location.
