3 star Inspector speaks rude, behaves rude and constables say nothing, public says nothing when all gather cops try to take n move the man asking Driving License... 3 star is a achievement in his life but he has initially come up with no stars on his shoulders he should explain the law as much knowledgeable to civilian..... In many places cops r to stop public and issue receipt but it should rather be to avoid Traffic Jams and peaceful drive to public.. This scene created mess, arguments, public gathered 3 star Inspector could have advised constables to manage traffic... Also he drags the man to come along, lifted hand, ready to slap if it was his son in that place would it have been same or if someone does this with his son would he remain calm ???
