3 weeks ago this woman, with a diagnosis of #UlcerativeColitis and #IBS, wept in my office as she told me her story. Heres what she said at her first follow up: The bloating has DISAPPEARED! I always looked like I was 3 months pregnant. Not any more! The joint pain is GONE! Im sleeping a little more every night, up to 7.5 hours, from 3. I havent done that in ages. Im not snacking, and dont feel the need to. I dropped weight, but eating big meals, and feeling lighter, with no bloating and no achiness. I like my shake. Its filling and convenient. I grew up on English muffins and a cup of coffee, but this is so much better, and my son likes it too. Im tapering off my meds. Im doing great! I agree. Dont you?
