3 weeks back to heavy benching, elbow and shoulder are hanging in there, some minor tendinitis but can deal with it. 305 x3 pretty easy, pushed it today and also did some sets with 315 to get back in the groove of hitting the pause. Need 330 to beat the 198 weight class strong gym record, but last meet at 198 lbs my bench was 305 so I will take this today weighing lower 200s. Look like I will prolly jump in the strong gym meet oct 18, will decide soon.
