3 weeks into P90 mixed with healthy eating and I am down another 1.5 lbs which takes me to 7.5 lbs lost! With holiday parties and a couple splurges (or what I am calling REAL life) going on! Workout 6 days a week, drink my water, eat healthy, and dont beat myself up for not being perfect. Definitely seeing this as something I can do for life!! I wanted to do a couple weeks of P90 schedule B (more advanced then first month) to push myself more before starting Insanity Max 30 in 2 weeks! Ella was up all night sick so I was exhausted but I LOVED todays workout which was mostly upper and lower body strength movements! Who else is getting in a workout today?!
