3 weeks to go till the people of Scotland make one of the most important decisions of our lives. 21 days for all of us #YES voters to convince 1 of our friends who might yet be unsure that Independence is for the best. Some of our countrymen and women would rather we shut up and leave the politics to the politicians. They would rather the full referendum debate was over because its becoming boring. They would rather we all just shut up and ate our Cheerios like the subservient lot we have been told that we are. To leave the talking to boring old career politicians in suits on our tellys. I say no to that. People of Scotland this is our time so let all of us grab it with both hands. No one is promising some imaginary utopia, they are telling us it could be better than it is just now. That we could build a fairer more just Scotland than the totally unequal society we now live in. If the cost of me shouting about independence means I lose half my Facebook friends list then that will be half a friends list worth losing. There are No voting friends on my list who are more than that and who put up with my beliefs and opinions because they understand the word democracy. I thank them for that. I say to all my YES voting friends to crank it up for the next 21 days and then let your voice be heard. #VOTE #YES.
