3 years ago today I lost my best friend, my confidante, my rock, my shoulder to cry on, my sense of direction, my mentor, my biggest fan...my Meno. As the days lead up to this day every year, my heart gets so heavy but I just cant help but smile because I know thats what shes doing. Thats what she always does. Her smile could light up a room. I only wish my boys had gotten more time with her to be able to know how truly amazing a grandmothers love really is. She loved my boys dearly, just as they loved her. Not a day goes by that I dont wonder what advice she would give me or how bad she would chew my butt out. I miss her like crazy. Kiss Papa and John for me. As you would always tell me Everything is Beautiful.... I love you more than all the slot machines in Shreveport!!!!!!
