3 years ago tonight I got a gut wrenching phone call that would change my life forever. Its was my mom....calling me to tell me my baby brother had a horrifying accident. There are still no words to end the deep, un-endless pain of the Tragic loss of his precious life. Only his memories and the reminder of the agony that came to us this night. The days to come would be even more unbearable for us as we had to move forward to face the unfair hand of what had been dealt. I am thankful for those who rushed immediately to be with us and hold our hands. It broke my heart to hear of Robin Williams death and to hear it the way that i did...omg! His poor family. I am so ashamed at how disrespectful our society has become. I will never forget the disgust and the un described anger I had for the Houston chronicle when it revealed details of the death of my baby brother. Such a lack of disrespect!!!! My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family during what will be harder times trying to figure out unanswered questions they will unfortunately never get answers for. We have to go on and we have to remember the laughs and the smiles and the pokes in the side even when we were begging for you to quit Jonathan Dane that we had with you. Not a single day goes by that you are not heavy on my mind and missed beyond measure. We remember the ways you made us laugh at your nonsense and we remember that you were YOU no matter who was around! I love you my angel, I feel you, and sometimes still see you in my dreams. As moms says tonight with tears of pain, sadness, and joy knowing Ill see you again...I wish you a happy heavenly birthday! We love you Jon Jon!!!
