30/12/2014. ॐ श्रीपरमात्मने नमः । I CAN’T GET RIDDANCE FROM DESIRES, EGO ANGER, ETC. You shall have to understand the mechanism that harbours and generates these inner disturbances. Mind is a domain for desires and anger whereas ego is a separate entity. About desires we have discussed in our posts of 11th and 12th December. If you want to define anger in electronic parlance, then we can say that anger is an application that transfers punishment on self for the breaches of others. Ego is very subtle form of you. They are part of Nature. Krishna says: “This Prakruti (Nature) of Mine, is divided eight-fold thus: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether, Mind, Intellect and Ego.” Gita-7/4. This Nature is very vast. It is not restricted to our earth or solar system, or our Galaxy, it extends to entire Universe. So don’t think that your mind, intellect, or ego are small units. Your body is also a part of this entire Nature. So you are a very very tiny grain compared to this universe, and it is a set rule that a part can’t win over the whole. And fighting with them is like fighting with you, because you are part of entire System. So it is like right hand fighting with left hand. Whoever is defeated, you are defeated. Whoever is bleeding, you are bleeding. So it is not wisdom to fight with your own self. There are two ways to win over these disturbances: one total surrender to Parmatma (God), and the second transgress the mind, body matrix. In reality both are one and same. First is destination the second is journey to reach that destination. Parmatma is all pervading, omnipotent and all inclusive. Parmatma includes Nature also. Krishna says: “With a single fragment of Me, I pervade and sustain this entire Universe” Gita-10/42. If you consider yourself as a doer, you will have to always face all these disturbances. If you surrender to Parmatma (God), and say to Him: “Let Thy will prevail. You are my director. I utter dialogues and gesticulate gestures as you direct. I shall wear costumes as you say. I am a character in this world drama. I shall have relations with fellow characters as your script wants me to build. I shall love or quarrel with fellow characters as and when the script requires me to do. I don’t have any desire that can be categorsed as my desire. I am desireless, conception less and selfless entity. I am in fact having nothing that can be called mine. I don’t have identity, remembrances, impressions and conceptions. I am hollow existence only”. This done you have transgressed the Nature and you have landed in the lotus lap of Parmatma. Now you are not part of Nature but you are the Whole, the Brahm. Then the Nature salutes you and becomes cooperative to you and your fight with desires, anger and ego withers away on its own. हरिः ॐ तत् सत् ।
