30 D.A.R Devotional 19-Oct-2013 WHAT SAYS THE TIME? Eccl. 3: 1-11, 1 Chr. 12: 32 Point verse: Eccl. 3: 11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in his heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. (KJV) Is it the time for this, is it the time for that? These are the questions I kept asking as I pondered on certain issues. At the time, I could see little or no advancement. It was quite challenging to put in so much effort but yet see little result. I had to pause and think, then go before the Lord with a prayer of inquiry; before I could know what exactly to do. The scriptures says in Ecc 3: 11 He hath made everything beautiful in his time… If it is not beautiful of having a sign of beauty, check it! It might be it is not time. If you miss the time, you miss the result, so also if you jump before time, you as well postpone your triumph. Moses was a perfect example of one who went before time, though he was purposed to deliver the Israelites from the hand of the Egyptians; yet he set out to early without waiting to be empowered from on high. Then 40 years was added to his next level date. Don’t go before or after time; be on time. The sons of Issachar understood this so well though they were small in number and the triumphed in all their ways (1 Chron 12:32). The right thing might be done but if done at the wrong time frustration is not far fetched. If you know what time it is, you would function without sweat. The worries and pressure we experience most times comes from not knowing the time, when we understand our times and seasons, we have effortless triumphs. I see so many sons of Issachar rising today, maximizing and understanding the times for the full delivery of their portions on earth. Will you be one of them? Inquire of the Lord today on that vision, that passion, is it time to set out or time to remain still? inquire of the Lord today and he will surely answer you. Prayer: Lord Jesus, i believe that there is time for everything, equip me today with a clear understanding of our times and seasons, in Jesus Name. Amen
