30 Day Paleo Challenge. Weigh In, Lifts, WOD Monday Oct. 1st. 30 days begin Oct. 2nd to Oct. 31st. On Friday Nov. 1st, we redo everything from the weigh in. For all participants, you will be receiving a binder with info on Paleo, Daily Log Sheets, Shopping Lists, Recipes, etc. There will be a Facebook Group specifically for this challenge so we can all support each other, no different than doing a WOD in one of your classes. By making changes in your eating habits and diet, we can show you how to improve the way you feel inside and out, and improve your performance at the box and your daily lives. Sign up sheet is at the bulletin board or comment on this below. Packages will be handed out starting next week and you will be added to the Facebook Group MCF Paleo Challenge once you confirm.
