Many people have told me over the years, Ryan, you are so extreme with your dieting... Thats exactly right! You have to be extreme! You CANNOT get truly healthy, half-heartedly. You are either going to do this or youre not! No one overcomes addiction through moderation!!! YOU MUST CHNAGE THE WAY YOU EMOTIONALLY FEEL ABOUT FOOD!!! Today, tell yourself that you are NEVER going back to the old routines and patterns of sedentary life-style! The battle is truly in your mind!! Foods to eat today: salads; grilled chicken; tuna fish w/ corn chips; hard boiled eggs; raw nuts; fruits; raw veggies w/ ranch dip; black beans w/ everything! I eat TONS of apples Foods to avoid: SUGAR; carbs; white flour; whole wheat/whole grain potatoes/starch; carrots; calorie drinks YOU GOT THIS!
