Exactly what the description above said. I recently took a liking to Red Card. This item is very annoying to opponents especially when I set up entry hazards on opponents side already and they dont have moves that can clear entry hazards. Next, they attack me, only to get forced switch out and the next one enter with crippled condition. Or in another scenario, they attack me, got forced switch out, I make good use of that turn and boost my Pokemons stats. It is all about strategies. Such cunning. Much likey. So annoying.
