30 Days of Thankful: Day 8: Did you ever sing the gospel song This world is not my home, Im just apassing through? Can you hear me singing it now? I love the melody but I am especially thankful for the message! When I become soooo frustrated with the current political scene and when I feel overwhelmed by broken political promises, I realize anew how precious Heaven will be. Jesus never breaks a promise. He always speaks truth because He is Truth. When I am livid at our political leaders, I am reminded of the Lords admonition to pray for those in authority over us. Thank you, Lord, for holding me to that! Heres another favorite song: Soon and very soon, well be going to see the King. Do you see a theme going on here?!
