30 September 2014 A Voice of AAP: 23: Open Letter to AAP Members and Volunteers: [AAP Admin to translate this letter in Hindi and others on regional languages to place it in AAP web site by pinning it] AAP Organization is an organic compound or structure that the members, volunteers with in the organization or structure need to compromise with a creditor or Convener who called people to assemble to resolve public issues such as fight against corruption by forming a committee and building a structure as followed: Committee: A committee is a gender balanced group of people officially delegated to perform a function, such as investigating, considering, reporting, or acting on various matters and report to convener. Wing: A structure attached to and connected internally with the side of a main structure.. Member: Paid or unpaid gender balanced members are a structural unit like beam or wall to hold an organization and mostly you find them in committee. Volunteer: Volunteering is generally considered a selfless activist from male, female and transgender who intended to promote goodness or improve human quality of life and eligible for honor and awards from the organization. Team: Teams normally comprised of district/state/National members and volunteers together with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member, volunteers to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. A team becomes more than just a collection of people when a strong sense of mutual commitment creates synergy, thus generating performance greater than the sum of the performance of its individual members. AAP Gender balanced District level teams AAP Gender Balanced State level teams AAP Gender balanced National level team. Task and target: Teams are given with task to perform, complete and report to next level of committee member and to convener. A task and target is a piece of work or project assigned for example AAP Green Initiative program, AAP Unity in diversity Peace program or AAP Mission Vistaar program , contacting people at micro level door to door and via political Andolan x.y, z etc…. The convener, committee member or volunteer he who leads the team is responsible for funds, accepting the grievances, suggestions given to forward and recommending for conferring honor and awards on team members for successful operation on public service. In disciplined organization that the achieving its Aim is in the hands of its members and volunteers he who unanimously assemble with its convener to resolve public issue such as fight against corruption for success. A convener is become responsible person to look after thy-self, committee, members, volunteers, team and their accomplished task and targets to maintain the synergy of an organization. He who does not understand these basic structures and function of an organization under convener will rebel in mental agitation without resolving the social issue and degenerate from the organization.
