30 min downstairs....cardio...ten min resistance wt training....I ran a mile and half which isnt as much as i usually do, and then the elliptical for ten min....but it has been a week since i did any cardio.....the longer you dont do it, the easier it is to skip it....so i FORCED MYSELF to do it.....and of course i feel so much better......It was just all that painting, and stretching, bending and up and down and moving furniture and the ladder just left nothing left to do it....back on track..sigh again! hahaha
