£30pp Come an join our chef for this 2 hour workshop, where you can sit down and relax with a glass of wine or a cup of tea while the chef takes you through the basics of the topic being discussed, such as: Shopping guide – where to buy, what to look out for and any other tips Storage and cooking of any given ingredients Any matches with other foods and drinks Serving suggestions The chef will then move onto demoing how to prep and cook the food, which you will then be able to sample. There will be lots of food, so make sure you turn up hungry!
