31 DAYS OF PRAYER - DAY 4 - MIRACLES AT MORIAH! Moriah: The Teaching Place (By MG Page) BLESS JESUS! Tonight we were blessed as we re-capped on what the Lord has been releasing over the past 3 days of prayer. We were reminded that we have been called to Moriah to learn who we are and what we have been afforded through the Abrahamic Covenant. We were also reminded that we have to be willing to obey God, sacrifice unto Him out of thanksgiving and appreciation of Who He is, and keep Him as the priority in our lives, just as Abraham was willing to sacrifice his greatest possession in order to keep his covenant relationship wth God intact...and growing. True worship is the fruit of trust, love, obedience, and humility before the Lord. The Lord showed us tonight that Moriah is the teaching place, the place where we must glean and get all we need to get. We must pay close attention to what the Teacher is sayng and doing in order to ensure that we are getting the lesson. We must learn, so that we can, in turn, teach, demonstrate, and display Gods Power to the world. Some lessons are harder than others to learn, and truth be told, some of us have had to be placed in detention, (yes, detained) beause we have not followed instructions. Rebellion has caused many of us to be demoted, but God is going to cause us to redeem the time weve lost...Glory! Do you know that time was seemingly wasted by Abraham and Sarah when they diverted from Gods Plan? What did our awesome Father do? He kept His Promise and still gave them Isaac, and when God asked for Isaac back, Abraham was confident that God would perform a miracle. Lord have mercy, I feel God! Whooooooo! Somewhere deep down inside, in spite of all his past mistakes and flaws, Abraham knew he could trust God. He learned volumes at Moriah, and so shall we, in Jesus Name.
