31 Days till 40: Do you let yourself receive? Weve all heard a million times that its better to give than receive. But if everyone wants to be a giver & no one is willing to receive, where does that leave us?! At the end of my work year & on an epically crazy travel day, I had nothing to give this afternoon as plans began to fall apart. But boy, oh boy...did I receive everything I needed! I feel like lifes been teaching me slowly to let people in. To allow them to help me. To allow them to love me. So today I finally said, What the heck?! and just let myself be the helpless one who needed all the assistance people were willing to offer. And it was kinda awesome!!
