The Deputy advised her that was not the same thing as a dispute and she needed to be more cautious about her use of 911 and words as this is not the first borderline false report she has called into the 911 line. The Deputy went to the residence that was very well heated, so much so that the child was wearing short sleeves and a diaper and was not cold. As the Deputy stood in the residence with their coat on, it was uncomfortably warm. This check, like the others, is unfounded. Furthermore, the residents have asked that no further contact be made with them or the child on the males behalf at this time as the pattern of wellness checks has become harassing in nature and correlates directly to any report made by them against the male. Dispatch contacted the male and advised him that the heat was on in the home and he asked that the specific room the child sleeps in be checked. The Deputy advised that the whole home was heated to at least 70-75 degrees at guess and certainly was plenty warm. He told the dispatcher that he did not believe her but did hang up. 1 January 2015 Athens County Sheriffs Deputies were called to the area of Poston Road and Lemaster Road regarding some alleged damage to mailboxes there. The Deputy went down the road and found that the mailbox to two more mailboxes had been ripped out of the ground, the steak was broken, and the other mailbox and newspaper boxes were laying on the ground in the area. The Deputy advised both victims of the damage and neither had any information to lead to a suspect or conviction. Both stated they would contact their landlord about getting the boxes fixed. 1 January 2015 The Athens County Sheriffs Office responded to Madison St. in Glouster for an unruly juvenile call.
