33 jars of preserves made in 24 hours thats a lot for me and glad I stopped when I did. whew... Cooking without pectin takes longer but tastes so much better and is better for you. Im taking a break from canning tomorrow. I need to buy some more jars! Today, I broke no saucers, but I did get a nasty steam burn, so after running water, I received all kinds of great advice tooothpaste, I did, cold flour I did, and bakiing soda on it I did. Any way after all of this I think that it will not blister......But which made it better? One little sable chocolate netherland dwarf buck was running around on the ground at dusk, oh no, seems like he opened his cage on his own! He was retrieved by Jac with a chicken net. It was getting so dark, he was hard to retrieve So the day is drawing to a close and Im wide awake..... I laughed myself awake. Oh my. Well, I think Ill go read a bit of Beach Music .... Have a good evening and rest well!
