34 years ago today, the world lost John Lennon. I was 8 years old & remember watching Help! on TV that night - it was shown as a tribute to John - & that was the night I fell in love with music. John was more than a musician, he was a very wise & witty man with what seemed to be a lot of common sense answers to the worlds problems. He didnt just talk about love, peace & tolerance - he lived it & breathed it & led by example. He made it all appear so simple & made those who complicated matters look like fools - & he was right! I recorded this cover on Saturday. My voice was a bit tired but I wanted to do something to mark the anniversary so here it is. Miss you John, without a doubt, my all time hero.
